Return Policy

 

We are happy to accept a return within 30 days of the date of purchase. We have 2 types of returns

  1. Hassle free: Allow you to conveniently print a pre-paid label online
  2. Standard: You can buy your own label and return it to the address provided in your invoice email.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. If your order did not qualify for free shipping, any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded when the order is returned.

All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.

Please contact us if your receive an item that is damaged, defective or different than ordered and we provide a paid return label as well as fully return any shipping charge for products that did not qualify for free shipping. You will also have the option of the correct, undamaged replacement being expedited to you upon the return of the defective one.

  • Conveniently print the hassle free return shipping label provided.  The cost of the label is actual cost.  It is determined by weight,size and distance.  For products above one pound, the cost is generally lower than what the customer can get through direct purchase because we pass on our negotiated rates from UPS.  For packages less than 1 pound, we advise customer to use USPS first class mail and buy the label on their own with standard return.  The reason for this advise is that none of the other carriers can beat USPS first class mail prices.
  • The convenient hassle free label can be found at the bottom of the Your product has been delivered email we sent to you. Please contact customer support if you have any problems.  We are available by phone, chat and contact form.
  • Include all tags and original packaging with your return. Example: Shoes should always be returned in the original shoe box. Handbags must include the removable straps, dust bags or wallets if applicable. All product must be returned with the original tags. Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box.
  • Your refund will be sent to the same payment method after we receive the product.  You will get 100% of your money back minus the actual cost we paid for your label./li>

 

Standard Return

We have a 30 day standard return policy. With the standard return policy, a hassle free label is not provided for you. Please buy your own return label with tracking from any major carrier such UPS or USPS. Remember that you always have the option of using the hassle free return product for ALL our products.

  • Please enter your tracking number on the return screen
  • The convenient hassle free label can be found at the bottom of the "Your product has been delivered" email we sent when your product was delivered. Please contact customer support if you have any problems.

Extended holiday Returns

All products purchased between November 15th and December 24th of each year can be returned until January 24th under our extended holiday return policy.

 

 

Where is my return?

For standard return, please return the product to the address provided on the return screen.  For hassle free return, the label provided has the address.

 

 

How long will it take to get a refund?

 The total time to get a refund depends on the transit time of the package. We usually process returns within 48 hours of receipt of the product.  It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team from the time you mail it. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards). Products returned damage, worn or with missing parts will incur a restocking fee up to 50% of the price paid (excluding original shipping fee, if applicable). Example: handbag returned without the removable strap or dust bag. Shoes returned without the original box.</p>
